Our History
PCCi was founded back in 1995 by Sean M. Pulliam. Mr. Pulliam started his construction career shortly after his service with the United States Marine Corps. His primary focus was Bobcat tractor work. Within about 3 years his efforts brought him access to the Department of the Navy’s Marine Air Ground Combat Center (MGAGCC) in Twentynine Palms, California. This milestone expanded his focus to all major construction trade disciplines from site work to interior building finishes.
In 2000, his brother Rex W. Pulliam, Jr. joined Sean’s sole proprietorship company and together they embarked on more complex and challenging work projects. This collaboration brought success.
In 2004 PCCi incorporated. By this point the firm had successfully completed work for school districts, transit authorities, and numerous smaller commercial construction clients. In that same year PCCi was granted a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) status by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA).
In 2008 PCCi began a professional relationship with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) with their Northern and Central California Healthcare System culminating in a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) active until 2013.
Today PCCi continues its focus on both government and private sector contracting opportunities and works diligently to grow its construction engineering business and looks forward to tomorrow’s tough infrastructure challenges.
